About ASE North Logistics

Who we are

ASE North Logistics is a freight carrier and broker based at 2125 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 228 in Miami. We hold motor carrier authority under MC-1765366 and USDOT 4472541, and we hold broker authority alongside it. Both are active and both are on the public federal record.

We are a young company operating under our own authority. We are not going to dress that up as decades of heritage. What we can do is be specific about what we hold, what we run, and how we handle a load, and let you check all of it.

Why we hold both authorities

Most companies you evaluate are either a carrier or a broker. Carriers are limited to the trucks they own. Brokers have no trucks at all. Holding both means we can put your freight on our own equipment when that is the right answer and place it with a vetted carrier when it is not.

The risk in that model is ambiguity, where a shipper never quite knows who is responsible. We close that off by naming the role on the rate confirmation for every single shipment. You will never have to ask.

Our journey, your destination

That line has been on our door since we started, and it is not decoration. The whole job is that your freight ends up where it is supposed to be, when it is supposed to be there. Everything below is what we hold ourselves to in order to make that true.

What we stand on

Integrity. We do what is right every time, including when it costs us the load. If we cannot cover your freight, we say so rather than accepting it and hoping.

Commitment. Your deadline is the job. We would rather turn a load down than accept a window we already know we cannot hold.

Transparency. Open communication is what builds a relationship worth having. The role we are acting in is on every rate confirmation, and no accessorial reaches your invoice that was not discussed first.

Innovation. We use technology where it genuinely makes your shipment easier to track and quote, and we are not going to overstate what that means.

Customer focus. Every shipment, every client, every mile. You should be hearing from us before you have to chase us.

How we intend to be judged

Not on adjectives. On whether the truck showed up, whether the freight arrived in the condition it left in, whether you heard from us before you had to chase us, and whether the invoice matched the quote. Those are the only four things that matter in this business.
