Logistics and supply chain
For shippers whose real problem is not one load, it is fifty. We plan the lanes, pick the mode, manage the carriers, and give you one place to call.
When this is the right call
- You are moving enough freight that chasing carriers has become somebody's full time job
- Your lanes repeat, and you would rather plan them than re-quote them every week
- You are using several carriers and nobody has a single view of what is actually happening
What this actually is
It is not software, and we are not going to describe ourselves as a technology company. It is people who plan your freight properly: looking at your lanes, choosing the right mode for each, sourcing carriers who can hold them, and being the single number you call when something moves.
The saving usually is not in the linehaul rate. It is in not paying for expedited because nobody planned, not paying detention because nobody warned the receiver, and not paying a person to spend their week on the phone to carriers.
Where it starts
With your lane list. Send it over and we will come back on which lanes we can hold, which we cannot, and where the obvious money is. That conversation costs nothing and it is the fastest way to find out whether we are useful to you.
| Lane planning | Reviewing your lanes and matching mode and equipment to each |
|---|---|
| Mode selection | Deciding truckload against LTL against expedited, per lane |
| Carrier management | Sourcing, vetting and holding carriers to the same standard |
| Single point of contact | One desk for every lane rather than one per carrier |
| Reporting | Load level reporting on request |
| Technology | confirm what systems are actually in use before any claim here |
What we need to quote it
Give us these and the rate comes back accurate
A vague tender produces a vague number that changes later. These are the details that actually move the price.
| Your lane list | Origins, destinations and frequency. This is the whole starting point. |
|---|---|
| Volume by lane | Loads per week or month, and how much it swings. |
| Current pain | Cost, capacity, service, or visibility. They need different answers. |
| Who we coordinate with | Your shipping desk, your receivers, or both. |
