Tracking and updates

The most common question on any load is the simplest one: where is it. You should not have to chase us to find out, so updates run to a schedule you choose at tender rather than arriving when you ask.

Every load, in transit

Updates arrive on a clock, not on request

You pick the rhythm when the load is tendered. Every four hours suits most freight and keeps a full picture of the run without filling your inbox. Hourly is there for freight where an hour genuinely changes your decisions: a production line waiting on parts, a receiver with a hard appointment, anything with a short shelf life. Either way the updates come to you.

Live tracking where the equipment carries it

A good deal of modern equipment reports its own position continuously, and where the carrier on your load runs that kind of system we can pass the live feed straight through to you. Not every truck in the country has it, so we tell you which you are getting at tender rather than promising a map that turns out to be a phone call.

The update that actually matters

Scheduled updates are the easy half. The one worth paying for is the unscheduled call that comes the moment a truck breaks down, a dock closes early or weather shuts a corridor. Those do not wait for the next four hour slot, and you hear them from us before your own customer hears them from anyone.
