If you send us a rate request or email the desk, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, phone number, email address and the freight information needed to quote the load. We collect it because we cannot quote a shipment without it.

What we do with it

We use it to respond to your enquiry, to quote and arrange your freight, and to keep the records a freight broker and carrier is required to keep. Where we place a load with a carrier, we share the shipping details that carrier needs to perform the pickup and delivery.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share your contact details with other shippers, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked us for a rate.

Carrier information

Carriers who onboard with us provide operating authority, insurance and tax documentation. We use it to verify eligibility and to pay you. We never request banking details through this website.

Retention and your rights

We keep records for as long as required for our regulatory and accounting obligations. To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, contact the desk.
