The documents we need to set you up, and the safe way to send them. Read the warning below before you email anything to anyone in this industry.
Read this first. We will never ask you for banking details, a factoring change, or a payment redirect by email. Fraudsters impersonate brokers using real MC numbers and near identical domains. If anything asks you to change where you get paid, stop and call us on (866) 883-6136. Confirm the number against our FMCSA record rather than trusting an email signature.
What to send
- Signed ASE North carrier agreement
- Certificate of insurance naming ASE North LLC as certificate holder
- Current W-9 matching the name on your operating authority
- Copy of your operating authority letter
- Factoring notice of assignment, if you factor
Onboarding normally takes once we have all five.
