Power only
You have the trailer. We bring the tractor and the driver. It is the cheapest way to move freight when the equipment is already yours.
When this is the right call
- You own or lease trailers and need tractors rather than whole trucks
- You run a drop and hook operation and want trailers repositioned between sites
- You have a trailer sitting loaded somewhere and no way to move it
The part people forget: trailer liability
On a power only move the trailer is still yours, and so is the insurance on it. Physical damage to your trailer sits with your policy, not ours, unless a trailer interchange agreement says otherwise. We put that in writing before dispatch rather than discovering it after a tyre blows.
Roadworthy means roadworthy
A driver who hooks to your trailer becomes responsible for its condition at roadside. If the lights, brakes or tyres will not pass an inspection, the driver will refuse it, and that is the correct outcome. Tell us the trailer's condition honestly at tender and we will tell you whether it needs work before the tractor arrives.

What we need to quote it
Give us these and the rate comes back accurate
A vague tender produces a vague number that changes later. These are the details that actually move the price.
| Trailer type and condition | Van, reefer or flatbed, and whether it is DOT roadworthy right now. |
|---|---|
| Where the trailer is | Exact location. Yard, dock, or sitting at a customer. |
| Loaded or empty | It changes weight, permitting and which drivers will take it. |
| Who does the loading | Drop and hook, or live load with the driver waiting. |
| Trailer interchange | Whether you require a trailer interchange agreement, and on whose paper. |
