Any transit time shown on this site is an estimate based on normal conditions. It is not a guarantee and it is not a commitment. A binding rate is the one confirmed in writing by our desk on a rate confirmation for a specific shipment.

Freight agreements

Shipments move under our shipper or carrier agreement and the rate confirmation for that load, which together set out the role we are acting in, liability, and the terms of payment. Where those documents differ from anything on this website, those documents govern.
