Careers
Driving, dispatching and the desk work that holds it together. We would rather hire slowly and keep people than churn through a roster, so the list here is short and real.
The kinds of roles here
Three sides of a freight company
Drivers
Company drivers running our own equipment. What matters to us is a clean record, a driver who calls early when something goes wrong, and someone who will refuse a trailer that is not roadworthy rather than hope.
Owner operators
Running under your own authority with us, or leased on. This is the carrier side rather than employment, so it starts with the same vetting any carrier goes through.
Dispatch and office
The desk: booking, dispatching, tracking, carrier vetting and the paperwork that keeps a broker legitimate. Freight experience helps. Answering the phone when it rings helps more.
How to apply
Send us what you have done and where you have done it. For drivers that means the classes you hold, the equipment you have run and roughly how long. For desk roles it means the freight you have handled and the systems you have used. A short honest note beats a long formatted one.
Where the work is
The company operates out of Miami, Florida, and desk roles sit there. Driving work follows the lanes rather than the office, which for us means outbound from South Florida and back into it, plus the longer runs across the country.
