When this is the right call
- You move freight regularly on the same lane and want consistent coverage on it
- The run is short enough to turn in a day, or long enough to need real planning
- You would rather deal with one company across both than split them between two
Local, regional and nationwide, without pretending
We run some lanes constantly and others rarely. The coverage map shows the corridors we know best. That does not mean we cannot quote a lane outside them, and it does not mean we will pretend a lane is routine when it is not. If your freight runs somewhere we are thin, you will hear that rather than a confident number we cannot stand behind.
Regular volume is worth telling us about
A lane we see once is priced as a spot move. A lane we see every week is a different conversation, because we can plan capacity around it and price it accordingly. If you have consistent freight, say so on the first call rather than after three loads.
