Book a load

You have a rate and you want the truck. This is the step that turns a quoted number into equipment assigned to your freight, with the role named in writing before anything moves.

Carrier and broker MC-1765366

What happens after you book

Four steps, and you are told where you are in them

01   Details in

Origin, destination, pickup window, commodity, weight and equipment. Same information a quote needs, so if we have quoted it already we have most of this.

02   Role decided

We work out whether this runs on our equipment or goes to a vetted carrier, and it is written on the confirmation before dispatch rather than explained afterwards.

03   Truck assigned

Dispatch assigns equipment and a driver, and you get the confirmation with the load reference you will use to track it.

04   Updates run

Hourly or every four hours while it moves, at the cadence you chose, plus an immediate call on anything that goes wrong.

What we need from you to book

The six answers a rate needs, plus anything that constrains the ends: appointment times, dock restrictions, a receiver who will not take a fifty three foot trailer, a lift gate requirement. Constraints discovered at the gate cost money and time. Constraints told to us at booking cost neither.

Booking without a quote

You can. Send the lane and we will price and book it in the same conversation. It is slower than booking against a rate we have already given you, but on a repeating lane we usually know the number before you finish reading it out.

You have a rate and you want the truck. Give us the tender detail and the desk takes it from here.

Goes to our desk and to info@aselogi.com. We reply from a person, not an autoresponder.

Ready to move it?

Call the desk with the lane and the dates. Booking over the phone takes about as long as reading this page.
